TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.
My husband and I met TRACEY BARROW while viewing a property in Raumati. We found her manner to be bright, pleasant and focused.

Kelvin and myself had made a huge decision to sell the house we had built together just 18 months ago when we got married to shift to Australia for a change of life style.
So you can imagine this sale was going to be very important to the future we had before us. The agent we chose had to be Self motivated, Proactive, Reliable and upfront.

Seaweek 2007 was once again a wonderful success. Kapiti’s Marvellous Marine Day could not happen without your help and sponsorship. Nearly 200 people cleaned up the beaches from Otaki through to Paekakariki. I was impressed with the number of rubbish bags that were piled at the collecting points. Our beaches are cleaner now thanks to your and concerned citizens efforts.

On behalf of Westpac Paraparaumu and Life Flight Trust, we would like to thank you for the wonderful generosity and support you gave to our variety show and charity auction last Saturday 21st June 2008.
It was a fantastic evening with amazing local entertainment and a successful charity auction, raising around $8600 for the rescue chopper and life flight air ambulance, which is an outstanding result.
As a community we hear and see the rescue chopper regularly in our skies, in the last year alone Life Flight flew over 40 patients from the Kapiti Coast in the rescue chopper and the two life flight air ambulances.
It's wonderful we all came together to support this vital and invaluable service and we could not have done this without you. Thank you again for your contribution.

RE - Excellent Customer Service from Greg Scott, Levin Office.
We recently bought our house at Ohau through your Levin branch, and would like to express our appreciation of the excellent service provided by Greg Scott.
Every step of the way Greg helped us, listened to us, and answered our questions. This was especially important for us, as we have just returned to kiwiland after many years in Australia, and we didn't understand the way the real estate system worked here.
From arranging a meeting with the vendors, to helping organise settlement details and us moving in, explaining the details of the property's systems and connections, and a couple of visits after we moved in, to make sure we were happy with everything, we could not have wished for any better service.
So thank you for having people as good as Greg in your firm. Because we are so happy with the house after our first couple of weeks, we probably won't give you any more business for some time! But we will certainly recommend you to anyone we know is looking for real estate SERVICE.

My appreciation at your efforts in trying to sell my property. It was probable that the timing in placing the property on the market prior to Christmas was a little unfortunate and that the present downturn did not help in getting a result.
However, I gave myself a three month sale period to achieve a result, before reverting the property back to a rental.
Particularly, I believe Les Edwards achieved more viewings and general activity once he came onboard and I was grateful to have him as an agent.
When I decide to enter the sales market again, I will be offering the property to your organisation.
