Since we first met Maria Poynton at an open home, we found her to be very friendly and professional. She also gave us the space we needed to look at the property on our own. We didn’t feel any pressure to make important decisions quickly, but felt that she answered our questions honestly and respectfully. When we told Maria that we would like to come back and have another look at the property, she gave us the space to go away and think about it, and made contact with us just before our next intended visit.
Once we had decided that we were going to make an offer, Maria was there to help and support us all the way from beginning to end. We had a house to sell and Maria came around to give us an appraisal. She was very honest and upfront with us and told us what we needed to do, and how we needed to do it. She said to us that if we left our house with her, she could market it for us, and that she WOULD sell it for us.

We feel that Maria has given us 200% care and attention throughout the whole process of buying and selling a house.

Kelvin and myself had made a huge decision to sell the house we had built together just 18 months ago when we got married to shift to Australia for a change of life style.

RE - Excellent Customer Service from Greg Scott, Levin Office.
We recently bought our house at Ohau through your Levin branch, and would like to express our appreciation of the excellent service provided by Greg Scott.
Every step of the way Greg helped us, listened to us, and answered our questions. This was especially important for us, as we have just returned to kiwiland after many years in Australia, and we didn't understand the way the real estate system worked here.
From arranging a meeting with the vendors, to helping organise settlement details and us moving in, explaining the details of the property's systems and connections, and a couple of visits after we moved in, to make sure we were happy with everything, we could not have wished for any better service.
So thank you for having people as good as Greg in your firm. Because we are so happy with the house after our first couple of weeks, we probably won't give you any more business for some time! But we will certainly recommend you to anyone we know is looking for real estate SERVICE.

My appreciation at your efforts in trying to sell my property. It was probable that the timing in placing the property on the market prior to Christmas was a little unfortunate and that the present downturn did not help in getting a result.
However, I gave myself a three month sale period to achieve a result, before reverting the property back to a rental.
Particularly, I believe Les Edwards achieved more viewings and general activity once he came onboard and I was grateful to have him as an agent.
